Bought a mk5 hybrid last summer, first day I had it, it paid for itself with the amount of time it saved whilst I was building a custom 24m continuous desk. Set up is instant, accuracy is dead on. It has become an absolutely indispensable tool which I couldn’t be without now. Since I bought it FC tools has updated the square based on feedback from users, they very kindly offered an update service which I took advantage of, the updated version has a wider support bar for the work piece allowing better cuts on thinner rips which has been very useful.
The quality of this tool is absolutely first rate, the fit and finish are impeccable and I couldn’t be happier!

Had my mk4 ultra since Aug 2018, fantastic piece of kit. Well engineered and thought out, fast and easy to set up, never had an out of square cut yet, speeds up production time immensely. Yes the square has been tweaked with improvements since I brought mine, but mine works perfectly excellently and meets all my requirements, as well as a few other uses I have discovered along the way. Well worth it can’t recommend it highly enough.

I originally had another branded square before and I was always disappointed with the way it fixes onto the saw rail. I was looking for something of better quality and more heavy duty. I also wanted a hybrid square because I use two different brand saws rails however there wasn’t any in the market. A friend of mine recommended me to FCtools. I was able to speak to Frank first to explain what I was looking for and I found him very knowledgeable and has a lot experience as he’s still in the trade doing carpentry and joinery. I have my own Joinery business so I wanted a product that my team and myself can use inside the joinery shop and out on site knowing that it would stay accurate indefinitely and also I can take it on and off the rails repeatedly with ease. Frank recommended me the FC Hybrid Rail Square which I have used on both brands of rails and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I have done research and there is nothing that can match this rail square on the market for quality, precision, reliability, quick and easy to change between rails with ease with the ultra cam lock system. When I had numerous products on the go, I had to order another FC Hybrid Rail Square because of various projects on the go so we needed to order another one. After explaining my situation to Frank, he immediately sent the square to me by the next working day with a special courier.
